We are back with this month’s update on Legacy of Eastbrook Hills to share where we stand with manufacturing and to speak openly about our timeline.
Current Status: Mass Production Sample We are currently awaiting the arrival of the final Mass Production Sample (MPC) at our office. The moment it lands, our team will conduct a meticulous, top-to-bottom inspection of all the cards, envelopes, and narrative components. As soon as we give final sign-off on this physical sample, the factory will finish assembling the boxes and get the containers loaded and on the water.
An Honest Note & Apology Regarding Delays We want to take a moment to pause and sincerely apologize for the extra time it has taken to bring Legacy of Eastbrook Hills through production.
While our team has experience handling localized releases, this game turned out to be a much larger, more intricate undertaking than we originally anticipated. Between the massive volume of intertwined narrative assets, precise card-sequencing requirements, and layout adjustments, the project demanded far more time, editing scrutiny, and hands-on coordination with the factory than a standard release.
We know the wait has been long, and we cannot thank you enough for your patience while we took the necessary steps to get every detail right rather than rushing a flawed product out the door.
Looking Ahead Please rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to move through this final verification phase quickly and get your games delivered to your doorsteps as soon as possible. We are back with a progress report on Legacy of Eastbrook Hills! Following up on our manufacturer transition to LongPack, we want to give you a clear look at where card production stands and our updated timeline to freight shipping.
Card Production & Proofing Update
Card production ran into a brief delay as reconfiguring our massive set of card files to fit LongPack’s specific prepress templates took a bit longer than anticipated.
However, we have officially reviewed and approved the proofs, and everything looks fantastic! The presses are moving, and card production is currently on track to wrap up in early September.
Next Steps: Samples, Assembly & Freight
Because all non-card components (boxes, envelopes, and tokens) are already finished and waiting at the facility, the remaining process will move quickly once card printing concludes:
Express Delivery of Samples: As soon as the cards come off the press, we will have full production samples rushed to us via express courier for final review and approval.
Assembly & Story Packing: Upon final sign-off, the factory will immediately begin assembling and sequence-packing the cards alongside the waiting components so the narrative unfolds smoothly for your game nights.
Hitting the Water: Once packed and prepped, the games will be loaded into containers and put on the water heading to our regional fulfillment hubs worldwide.

July Update: Component Progress & An Important Card Production Pivot
Hello Investigators,
We are back with a major update regarding the production of Legacy of Eastbrook Hills. While we have hit some fantastic milestones on several fronts, we have also run into a hurdle with our card printing that has required us to make a swift, strategic pivot.
Here is exactly where things stand right now.
What is Completed & Ready
We are happy to report that mass production is 100% finished for the following elements:
-The Game Boxes
-Envelopes
-Boards
-All other non-card components
These elements are currently sitting safe and sound at the warehouse, fully prepared and waiting for the final piece of the puzzle so we can begin the assembly process.
The Card Challenge & Transitioning to LongPack
Unfortunately, we encountered significant production issues with the factory originally slated to print our cards. To ensure the final product meets our standards, we have officially moved card production to a new partner: LongPack.
There is a very good reason we chose them. LongPack is a premier manufacturer in the tabletop industry and actually produced the original Russian edition of the game for Jet Games Studio and Lavka Games. Because they are already intimately familiar with this game's unique component and printing requirements, we are incredibly confident in their ability to deliver a stellar product.
Next Steps & Updated Timeline
We sincerely apologize for this unexpected delay. We know how much you are looking forward to diving into this mystery, and we are working around the clock to make this transition as seamless and fast as possible.
File Reconstruction (Complete): The print files have already been entirely remade to fit LongPack's specific templates and printer layouts.
Final Proofing (Ongoing): I am going through the new print-ready files right now to ensure there are no visual or technical errors from this change.
Card Printing (Early Next Week – Early August): We expect the physical card printing to officially get underway early next week and wrap up in early August.
Assembly & Fulfillment: Because the boxes, envelopes, and other elements are already finished and waiting, we will be able to jump straight into assembly and get the games packed and ready to ship out the door the moment the cards are delivered.

Hello Investigators,
We are back with a quick update on Legacy of Eastbrook Hills!
We are pleased to report that production is officially underway and moving along well. We expect the factory to wrap up the primary manufacturing process in early July.
At that time, we will receive the production samples for final approval. Once we give the green light, assembly will begin. Please note that assembly will take a little extra time; because the game requires the cards and components to be packed in a specific sequence to ensure the story unfolds exactly as intended, our team is taking extra care during the fulfillment and packing process to get this right.

We are back with this month's update for Legacy of Eastbrook Hills! Following up on our final pre-print polish from last month , we have some major production milestones to share, along with a bit of unexpected detective work our team had to tackle to ensure everything is 100% accurate for your gaming table.
Production Status
Non-Card Elements: We are thrilled to report that mass production has officially begun on all non-card components of the game! This includes the tokens, boards, boxes, and rulebooks.
The Cards: The card files are now fully prepped, polished, and officially set to print.
The 800+ Card Deep Dive
While we were gearing up to hit the print button at the factory, we encountered a slight, unexpected roadblock.
During our final checks, we discovered a bizarre software domino effect: recent updates to a small handful of cards had accidentally caused cards in a completely different scenario to change their artwork.
Thankfully, our team caught this visual glitch before the physical presses started rolling. To be absolutely safe and ensure no other sneaky art swaps occurred, we sat down and conducted an exhaustive, top-to-bottom review of all 800+ cards in the game. It caused a brief delay, but we refuse to compromise on quality. With the audit complete and the files pristine, we are officially ready to roll!
