July Update: Component Progress & An Important Card Production Pivot
Hello Investigators,
We are back with a major update regarding the production of Legacy of Eastbrook Hills. While we have hit some fantastic milestones on several fronts, we have also run into a hurdle with our card printing that has required us to make a swift, strategic pivot.
Here is exactly where things stand right now.
What is Completed & Ready
We are happy to report that mass production is 100% finished for the following elements:
-The Game Boxes
-Envelopes
-Boards
-All other non-card components
These elements are currently sitting safe and sound at the warehouse, fully prepared and waiting for the final piece of the puzzle so we can begin the assembly process.
The Card Challenge & Transitioning to LongPack
Unfortunately, we encountered significant production issues with the factory originally slated to print our cards. To ensure the final product meets our standards, we have officially moved card production to a new partner: LongPack.
There is a very good reason we chose them. LongPack is a premier manufacturer in the tabletop industry and actually produced the original Russian edition of the game for Jet Games Studio and Lavka Games. Because they are already intimately familiar with this game's unique component and printing requirements, we are incredibly confident in their ability to deliver a stellar product.
Next Steps & Updated Timeline
We sincerely apologize for this unexpected delay. We know how much you are looking forward to diving into this mystery, and we are working around the clock to make this transition as seamless and fast as possible.
File Reconstruction (Complete): The print files have already been entirely remade to fit LongPack's specific templates and printer layouts.
Final Proofing (Ongoing): I am going through the new print-ready files right now to ensure there are no visual or technical errors from this change.
Card Printing (Early Next Week – Early August): We expect the physical card printing to officially get underway early next week and wrap up in early August.
Assembly & Fulfillment: Because the boxes, envelopes, and other elements are already finished and waiting, we will be able to jump straight into assembly and get the games packed and ready to ship out the door the moment the cards are delivered.

Hello Investigators,
We are back with a quick update on Legacy of Eastbrook Hills!
We are pleased to report that production is officially underway and moving along well. We expect the factory to wrap up the primary manufacturing process in early July.
At that time, we will receive the production samples for final approval. Once we give the green light, assembly will begin. Please note that assembly will take a little extra time; because the game requires the cards and components to be packed in a specific sequence to ensure the story unfolds exactly as intended, our team is taking extra care during the fulfillment and packing process to get this right.

Hello Investigators,
We are back with this month's update for Legacy of Eastbrook Hills! Following up on our final pre-print polish from last month , we have some major production milestones to share, along with a bit of unexpected detective work our team had to tackle to ensure everything is 100% accurate for your gaming table.
Production Status
Non-Card Elements: We are thrilled to report that mass production has officially begun on all non-card components of the game! This includes the tokens, boards, boxes, and rulebooks.
The Cards: The card files are now fully prepped, polished, and officially set to print.
The 800+ Card Deep Dive
While we were gearing up to hit the print button at the factory, we encountered a slight, unexpected roadblock.
During our final checks, we discovered a bizarre software domino effect: recent updates to a small handful of cards had accidentally caused cards in a completely different scenario to change their artwork.
Thankfully, our team caught this visual glitch before the physical presses started rolling. To be absolutely safe and ensure no other sneaky art swaps occurred, we sat down and conducted an exhaustive, top-to-bottom review of all 800+ cards in the game. It caused a brief delay, but we refuse to compromise on quality. With the audit complete and the files pristine, we are officially ready to roll!

April Third Thursday Update: Final Pre-Print Polish & Hitting the Presses!

Hello Investigators,
The detective work continues! Following up on last month’s update, our team has finished the massive task of combing through the card files. We have some great news on our progress and a look at the final steps before mass production begins.
The Final Audit: After receiving the print-ready files this month, we did one last exhaustive check against our master files and sent everything over to the original studio Jett Games.
That deep dive was worth the effort! Out of the hundreds of cards, we found a small handful of inconsistencies, specifically 9 cards, between the factory’s final editions and Jett's. It was mostly graphic updates. Our graphics team is cleaning those up as we speak to ensure everything is 100% accurate for your gaming table.
Next Milestone: Printing! With those few tweaks being finalized now, we are on track to hit the print button at the factory next week. This is the "Point of No Return," and we are thrilled to finally move from digital files to physical production.

Hello Detectives,
We have some exciting progress to share this month! Following our file preparation in February, we have officially received the print files from our manufacturing partners.
Current Production Status: Our team is currently deep in the "audit" phase. We are combing through every single card file to ensure that all previous updates were applied correctly and that every card is accounted for.
To be honest, this is a lengthy and meticulous process because there are just SO MANY CARDS in Legacy of Eastbrook Hills! However, we know how important accuracy is for a detective game, so we are taking the time to do it right. We are pushing through the final sets now and fully plan to have the game actually on the printing presses before our next monthly update.
